While eating out with her 9-month-old, Hanna Lim was ecstatic to see her daughter drinking effortlessly with a straw. Unable to find the toddler straw cup suitable for her daughter, she created Lollacup. Lollacup is a stylish and functional product that’s easy to use, easy to clean and just plain attractive!
We ordered the Lollacup for our 9-month old son because we were looking for a sippy cup with a straw and handles that was also not offensive to look at! Functionally, it works great and our little guy has no problem drinking from it on his own. It does leak a bit when he tips it upside-down, but I'm not sure if there's a sippy cup out there that wouldn't. The only real bummer about the cup is that within a matter of about a week the painted-on beak and eyes have already nearly scratched off. It's only been hand washed so it would appear to be that the paint doesn't stand up to the abuse of a 9-month old, which is really too bad.
BABYBOT RESPONSE: We have heard this before and Lollacup has also. They have since updated their product to improve the straw etc and we are hoping the paint durability is better this time around too! Thank you for your review!
