This Beco baby carrier has a lot going for it – great ergonomics, excellent weight distribution and, of course, gorgeous fabric prints. Each carrier comes with removable head rest, removable infant insert (for comfy tummy-to-tummy positioning), and instructional booklet and DVD. These organic cotton carriers are for newborns up to 45 lbs (that's like 3 or 4 years old!) It can do both front and back carry positions and it's got lumbar support so it doesn't hurt the back!
