Our Policy

Returns

We're not happy unless you are, too. You may return items within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the unwanted item back and please note, we do not accept COD or rejected shipments. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Please contact us at returns@babybot.com to let us know what you're returning and why. Repack the product in the original packaging and include a copy of your receipt and our return authorization.

Exchanges

You may exchange items within 30 days of purchase excluding shipping charges of the returned item and the replaced item. In the case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the unwanted item back and the cost of shipping the replacement item! Please note, we do not accept COD shipments. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Warehouse Sale Items

Our return and exchange policy still holds for items purchased from our Warehouse Sale section. If it's on sale, new and in it's original packaging, and for whatever reason does not make you happy, we'll gladly take it back. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

As-is items purchased from our Warehouse cannot be returned or exchanged. We do our best to describe the damage. You can also email us at sales@babybot.com if you would like more information or a picture of the condition of the product. Make sure you are comfortable with the condition of the product before you purchase.
