Do you charge sales tax on online orders?
We charge GST on all Canadian orders, and provincial sales tax on all Canadian orders outside of Alberta.
What is your return policy?
We're not happy unless you are, too. You may return items within 30 days of purchase excluding shipping charges. Products must returned in their original condition and packaging. — here's a link

The world needs more Babybot – when are you opening a storefront?
Right now we're going to work really hard to perfect the online experience at www.babybot.com. Ultimately, though, we would love to open a storefront in the future!
What are your hours for customer service? When can I call? What if you're not there? What if I really, really need to talk to someone? Can I call you at 15-minute intervals until you pick up?
